CROWN Helpers is a recruitment company that supplies Personal Assistants, otherwise known as PAs, to people in the creative industry, on a short-term basis to meet their creative work needs.


We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team of Personal Assistants who support people in the creative industry. Examples of our clients are designers, musicians, publishers, film and video creators, visual artists, sound engineers, and producers.

Please note that CROWN Helpers is a brand-new company, launched in 2017.

On completion of the induction and training process, when clients request a PA, you will be contacted to get involved so that you can gain some experience.

Working hours are flexible to fit around your lifestyle. A job can last for a minimum of 3 hours or longer, depending on client’s request.

This role is unpaid and you can choose which job you are interested in volunteering for. After you have gained some level of knowledge and experience from this work experience, you may be offered a paid role.


As a PA on work experience, you will work closely with the PA to achieve strategic objectives which are individual to each client. The list below is not exhaustive – the Personal Assistant role can be varied.

Competence and skill at performing the following duties is essential:

– Reading, monitoring and responding to emails

– answering calls and communicating with clients competently

– preparing correspondence on client’s behalf

– Diary management

– planning and organising meetings and events

– organising travel and preparing travel itineraries

– noting action points and writing minutes

– preparing paperwork for meetings

– running errands for your client as requested
